A longer skip-tooth option

The No. 4 skip-tooth blade leaves 9.5 mm, making it the shorter alternative. For a full-tooth blade at the same 13 mm length, choose the No. 3¾FC finishing blade. A well-prepared coat is especially important at this length so hair can feed evenly through the teeth.

Professional use: Skip-tooth blades need experienced handling, especially around folds and thin skin. Andis advises that skip-tooth blades must not be used on cats.
