No. 7 or No. 7F?

The No. 7F GT345 has the same nominal 3.2 mm cut, with a full-tooth pattern intended for a more even finishing pass. For a longer skip-tooth cut, compare the No. 5 GT357 at 6.3 mm. Choose the tooth pattern for the stage of the groom as well as the length.

Professional use: Skip-tooth blades require careful handling around folds and thin skin. Do not use skip-tooth blades on cats.

Prepare the coat before clipping, lubricate the teeth regularly with Aesculap clipper oil and remove hair build-up. Check blade temperature throughout use and allow cooling when needed. Clean and dry the blade before storage. Finished length varies with coat texture and clipping direction.
