Corded Aesculap performance with SnapOn blades
The Aesculap FAV5 is a mains-powered grooming clipper for users who want Aesculap's professional construction with an A5-style detachable blade fitting. It is a practical option for a salon or animal-care workplace where compatible SnapOn blades are already part of the kit.
A front-mounted switch provides straightforward control, and the removable air filter can be cleaned as part of your regular maintenance routine.

Included blade and optional packages
“Clipper without Additional Blades” includes the standard No. 10 blade. The other package options add either a 7F blade or a 7F and 5F combination, as shown in the selector.
Our FAV5 SnapOn blade range provides further cutting lengths. Compatible A5-style blades from ranges including Oster A5, Andis and Wahl Competition can also be used. Check blade requirements separately when buying attachment combs.
FAV5 SnapOn blades and the proprietary Favorita blades are different fittings. If you already own Favorita blades, compare the Favorita 2 instead.
Keeping your FAV5 working well
Clean the filter, oil the blade regularly and monitor blade heat during use. The ventilation system supports motor cooling; it does not remove the need for blade care. This clipper has a 12-month guarantee.
