Description

The Aesculap GT606 is the standard replacement blade for Akkurata and Vega clippers. Its integrated three-stage adjustment lets you choose 0.5, 1.5 or 2.5 mm directly on the cutting head, making it useful for controlled trimming and finishing at short lengths.

Choose the correct adjustable head

Fits Aesculap Akkurata and Vega models that use the GT606 cutting head, including the Akkurata cord/cordless clipper. Check your model and existing blade before ordering. This is a dedicated adjustable head; Favorita and A5-style SnapOn blades use different fittings.

Changing and caring for the blade

The GT606 can be detached without tools for replacement and cleaning; follow the clipper manual's fitting instructions. Lubricate with Aesculap clipper oil, clear hair from the teeth and check temperature during use. Clean and dry before storage. We recommend replacing the cutting set when it becomes blunt. Hair texture, clipping direction and any comb attachment affect the finished length.
