Andis AG hinge

Description

The Andis AG Hinge is the replacement blade-mounting hinge used on compatible Andis AG and Pro-Pet detachable-blade clippers. It holds the blade fitting in the correct open position so blades can be attached securely.

When should the hinge be replaced?

  • The hinge no longer stays open when a blade is removed.
  • Blades are awkward to fit or do not sit squarely.
  • The hinge is visibly bent, loose or worn.
  • Several different blades behave the same way on the same clipper.
