The Aesculap Favorita 2 is a mains-powered clipper for regular dog grooming, small-animal care and professional veterinary work. Its dedicated Favorita blade fitting makes it a useful choice for anyone who already owns compatible blades or wants to build a kit around this adjustable-tension system.
The slim housing and front-mounted switch keep the controls within easy reach. A removable air filter gives you access for routine cleaning between sessions.

Choose your blade package
Select the package that includes the blades you need. The “Clipper without blades” option does not include a cutting head, making it suitable if you already have compatible Favorita blades.
Browse our Aesculap Favorita blades for the available lengths. These use a different mounting system from the A5-style SnapOn blades fitted to FAV5 and Durati clippers. Follow Aesculap's instructions when setting blade tension.
Care and other Favorita options
Keep the air filter clear, clean and oil the blade regularly, and check blade temperature during clipping. Ventilation helps the motor stay cool, but the cutting blade still needs attention throughout use. Supplied with a 12-month guarantee.
