Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shops, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. Please note, we are unable to accept orders for some of the items in our range from the US or Canada due to difficulties with product liability insurance. If there is a problem with the item you have selected, we will email you. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We make a standard charge for orders to be sent within the UK mainland. Postage and packing charged at cost on all other orders. | Delivery Schedule - All orders are normally despatched on the day of receipt, subject to availability. We use ordinary post/parcel services but can send any order using a priority service at extra cost. We can advise on the most economical service available. |
